Johan B. Steenberg built the warehouse in 1848 and it was subsequently extended in 1861.
The hotel is centrally located with the harbor front right outside the door – and with the pedestrian street and the city’s shops only a stone’s throw away. It doesn’t get any better.
In the autumn of 2020, the small boutique hotel has been renovated from inside to outside – but respect for the hotel’s soul as an old warehouse has been preserved with, among other things, exposed beams and the old warehouse windows.
The hotel has 18 rooms, all of which are unique and delicately furnished with a wonderful mix of both modern and older Danish design. Everything is carefully selected so that our guests can stay in a relaxed, maritime and historic atmosphere at the same time.
