Payment terms:

• When booking online, the credit card is charged at the time of booking.
• Bookings made per by mail, telephone or by personal contact, is paid in connection with the booking. You will receive an email containing a payment link. When the amount has been paid, your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation conditions – companies, meetings or conferences:

Cancellation or reduction of a party / conference for 12 people or more must – to be free of charge – be received by Hotel Steenberg in writing (by e-mail) no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

In connection with booking companies, meetings or conferences, a deposit of DKK 5,000 will be charged

In case of timely cancellation/cancellation, the deposit will be refunded. After this, a maximum of 50% of the event finally ordered can be cancelled. Please note that in order to cancel the maximum 50%, the cancellation must be made as below

• 20 – 30 days before arrival, up to 50% of the final arrangement can be canceled freely
• 20 days before arrival, the arrangement is binding, and the booking can no longer be canceled or changed
• In the event of a no-show, late arrival, early departure or later cancellation or reduction, Hotel Steenbergs is entitled to compensation corresponding to the full price of the late canceled services in the final ordered arrangement

Hotel Steenbergs will of course try to resell any late canceled services. In the event that it is not possible to resell the services at the same price, Hotel Steenbergs reserves the right to send an invoice for the price difference of the originally ordered services according to this booking.
